If one of your items ordered is not in stock, we will contact you via e-mail, is address supplied, with expected ship date. Sorry for any inconvenience. We do our best to keep on top of inventory, but popular items can quickly go out of stock.

Once your item ships, it takes approximately two weeks for it to be received. We are sorry, but we are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date and time, or call before your item is delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, they will either leave the package or leave a note.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we'll pay the original and return shipping. A return received after 30 days (but within 60 days) qualifies for merchandise credit or exchange only.
